Chef Ludo Lefebvre will host Inside Access from Chase guests for this special evening at his signature restaurants, Trois Mec and Petit Trois.
The evening in Los Angeles will begin with a private cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception. During this time, guests will be invited to step over to the Trois Mec space in small groups to learn how to make the “perfect French omelette” in an interactive cooking demonstration with Chef Lefebvre. Following the reception guests will be seated for the specially curated six-course tasting menu accompanied by wine pairings.
Chef Ludo Lefebvre recently celebrated 20 years of cooking in Los Angeles and is one of the city’s most influential chefs, known for his inventive, refined cooking. Trois Mec, which loosely translates to “three guys” came to life in June 2013 in an old pizza parlor in a strip mall and remains there today. The restaurant has been a collaboration between Chef Lefebvre and his partners Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo. Since opening, Trois Mec has continued to earn continuous praise and rave reviews. In 2019 the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star.
Petit Trois, Ludo’s “Bar a la carte” concept, was honored as a James Beard finalist for Best New Restaurant in 2015.
As a memento of the evening, guests will receive a pre-signed copy of Chef Lefebvre’s “Crave” cookbook which includes more than one hundred original recipes.
