Chef-owners Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson will host Inside Access from Chase guests for a special evening at their first restaurant, Frenchette. The evening will begin with a private cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a seasonal four-course wine paired dinner rooted in traditional French cuisine with modern nuances.
Having worked together for over twenty years, this award-winning chef team met in the early ‘90s while cooking at Daniel, and went on to helm the kitchens at Balthazar, Pastis, Schiller’s Liquor Bar, and Minetta Tavern, earning multiple stars from the New York Times and Michelin.
The chef duo always envisioned the possibility of opening a place of their own in downtown Manhattan. Frenchette located in Tribeca combines their love of well-executed classic French food and expert service with a relaxed yet energetic downtown spirit.
Since opening just over a year ago, Frenchette has been awarded three stars by The New York Times, the coveted James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant and was named a Best New Restaurant by Food & Wine Magazine.
From the design and custom woodwork to the clean lines of modernism guests will enjoy the feeling of timelessness of Frenchette.
